Necessary Informations you need to know
Here are some basic informations that will make you reservation and arrival more comfortable:

RESERVATIONS:
Reservation fee: 30% of the total expected rental.
Terms of reservation: accommodation can be rented or reserved while unoccupied and unreserved. Reservation is completed by paying the reservation fee

For booking cancellation up to 15 days of arrival are charged 20 Euro administratvnih costs, from 14 to 07 days before arrival date we reserve the right to 50% of total reserves (30% deposit), from 7 - 0 days until reaching 100% of Deposit (30% of the total holiday price) during the stay 100%.
If the consumer decides to shorten his vacation, money for unused nights will not be returned, but it belongs to the tourist tax refund for unused nights.

Monday-Saturday 9:00-15:00, 17:00-19:00
Sunday and holidays: 9:00-12:00

On the day of arrival are your obligations as follows: 

- Final payment 
Method of payment: in cash or with credit cards Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
 
- Additional payments such as 

Tourist tax (€ 1.01 per person per day, children between 7y-18y. pay 50% tax, under 7y don't pay) and registration fee (3.96 Eur per person)

- Application in the guestbook / Bring personal documents  



Important Notes:
- Check in the Accomodations are after 15:00, Check out the last day  no later than 10:00 AM.

- The rental price includes bed linen and two towels for intimate care / per person (change 1 x per week) and the cost of electricity and water, weekly change of bedding, final cleaning at departure.

- Apartments have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, TV (most of them with Kabel or Satelite connection), balcony or terrace -detailed description of the reserved apartments at www.laguna-sp.si

- The holiday rooms and apartments authorized to reside only to logged PERSONS

- At the day of your departure apartment  must remain clean and tidy, which means, clean trash container, wash the dishes and make shure that you don't leave food in the refrigerator.

 



And some useful information:

- At the start of the city is great, free parking near Stadium. To avoid stress  you are advised to leave the car there and walk up to us.

- Don't forget to drink watter

- Beach (City Beach Svetilnik, the beach at Hotel Delfin, Belvedere  Beach are free of charge in Izola,
Simonov zaliv  beach is payable (2009- weekly purchase tickets costing 15 EUR for adults, children aged 8 -- 12 years payed EUR 9 and  childrenup to  8 years had free entrance to the beach
(Laguna guests may buy weekly tickets in the Agency Laguna  which they have 15% discount
- parking on the beach of the Gulf Simonov zaliv is  payable.

- Organized entertainment for children (the project "Mini Izola") you can find in Simonov zaliv beach

- You can find arround  Izola   beautiful walking and cycling paths.

- Several restaurants offer so-called "tourist menus" from 6 Euro, ...

FROM 26.06.2010 UNTIL 28.08.2010 - 7 OR 10-DAYS RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED. Shorter Periods will be publicated  when available.
Apartments or private rooms can be rented for a minimum stay - 3 nights

Provided accommodation can be rented for 1 or 2 nights but at additional cost:
 1 night +50%, 2 nights +40%. For stays shorter than 3 days require the prior consent of the agency.


Guests are obliged to comply with the rules and house order. Any caused damage shall be charged according to the pricelist

The guest is bound to apply for reclamation to our agency on the same day an irregularity is found, in writing within 30 days of completing residence. In other cases, reclamation will not be considered.
